Swimming Pigs Cocktail Recipes

 

SP-19 Martinez

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Swimming Pigs Gin
  • 20ml Cocchi di Torino
  • 10ml Cocchi Americano
  • 5ml Maraschino

Method: Pour Swimming Pigs Gin and other ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel dropped into the glass.

Sky Juice

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Swimming Pigs Gin
  • 50ml Coconut Water
  • 40ml Condensed Milk
  • 2 Slices of Pineapple
Method: Add Swimming Pigs Gin, coconut water, Pineapple and condensed milk into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Pour into a highball. Garnish with a pineapple and a cherry to top it off.

 

Gin Dum

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Swimming Pigs Gin
  • 35ml Lemon Juice
  • 35ml Simple Syrup
  • 25ml Egg White
Method: Add Swimming Pigs Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour over ice into a chilled lowball glass and garnish with a ribbon of cucumber.

 

Caribbean Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Swimming Pigs Gin
  • 25ml Cachaca 51
  • 2 Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 Lemon
Method: Muddle the strawberries. Add the Swimming Pigs Gin, rum and lemon in a cocktail shaker. Shake it. Strain over ice cubes in a large wine glass. Top it off with tonic water and garnish with slice of lemon.
